What We Plan

What We Plan

At Teramyst Corp, our plan is simple, disciplined, and ambitious: launch best-in-class supplements now, build differentiated IP through research, and evolve into a global wellness platform that integrates nutrition and diagnostics. We execute along three horizons—short-term, mid-term, and long-term—so today’s actions compound into tomorrow’s advantages.

Short-Term (0–12 months): Launch and Prove

  • Launch Core Products: Introduce Teramyst Immune+ and Teramyst Focus+ Boost through FDA-registered, GMP-certified OEM manufacturing (e.g., VitaQuest).
  • E-commerce First: Go live on Amazon U.S./EU and teramyst.com, supported by performance marketing, influencer partnerships, and evidence-led storytelling.
  • Quality & Compliance: Establish SOPs for documentation, lot traceability, and label/regulatory compliance; secure reliable component suppliers to de-risk scale-up.
  • Early KPIs: Verified reviews, customer retention, CAC payback, and contribution margin.

Mid-Term (1–3 years): Differentiate and Expand

  • Portfolio Expansion: Add specialized lines such as BeautyGlow and Longevity, leveraging premium ingredients from Korea and Japan.
  • ODM & IP: Collaborate with U.S., Korean, and Japanese researchers to create proprietary blends and pursue trademarks, patents, or trade-secret protections.
  • Global Reach: Enter APAC and select Middle Eastern markets with compliant registrations and regional distribution partners.
  • Brand System: Uniform packaging architecture, tiered pricing, and concise clinical substantiation summaries.

Long-Term (3+ years): Integrate Diagnostics and Ecosystem

  • Wellness Diagnostics: Advance urine-based early detection concepts for bladder, prostate, and kidney health—complementing, not replacing, clinical pathways.
  • Personalized Wellness: Connect screening insights to individualized supplement plans and functional foods.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Work with universities, ingredient innovators, and digital health platforms under rigorous ethics, privacy, and regulatory standards.

How We Will Get There
